PM-810 – Grout Additive
USAGE
Grout Additive PM-810 is a Styrene Acrylic Emulsion formulated to replace clean water. Tile Grout using Grout Additive PM-810 results flexibility, waterproofing, fungsi resistance and improving performance the surface against abration and bonding strength.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PROPERTIES
Type : Liquid.
Colour : Milky White.
Ingredients : Styrene Acrylic Emulsion.
PH : 7.0 – 9.0.
Viscosity : 20 – 100 Cps.
Tensile Strength : 2.4 N/mm².
23ºC (50 % humidity) 1.0 Gr/cc.
Density : 300 ml/Kg ( with sand ).
Comparasion PM-810 to PM-500 : 360 ml/Kg ( without sand ).
Open time : 10 – 15 minutes ( On even wheather ).
Water Retention : > 93 % ( BS 4551 : 1980 ).
Adhesion Strength ( Pull off ) : > 1.5 N/mm² after 28 days ( EN 1348 : 1999 ).
Slump / Flow : 16 +/- 1.5 cm.
APPLICATION
- Clean the surfaces from dust, dirt, and other materials that may effect the bonding strength.
- Use a clean and leakproof pail for mixing.
- Gradually put liquid PM-810 into the water and mix thoroughly until an even consistency is achieved for around 2 minutes, allow to be settled for 10 minutes for additives to dissolve. Re-stir before using. The mixture will be stable for 3 hours.
- Re-stir the pasta regularly, but do not add more water or liquid PM-810.
- Machine mixing is highly recommended.
STORAGE
Always strore in dry place away from contact with moisture and water.
PACKAGING
Multi layer paper bag containing 40 kg.
Grout Additive PM-810 storage times should not exceed 12 months.
