PM-600 – Screed
USES
Screed PM-600 is used for levelling concrete floor before tile work is installed.
Screed is not recommended to applied as topping – material.

SPECIFICATION AND PROPERTIES
- Colour: Light Grey
- Binder: Lime Powder
- Aggregate: Portland Cement
- Additives: Silica Sand up to 5.0 mm maximum size
- Water soluble additives to improve workability, durability and bonding
- Dry density: 1.9 kg/l
- Wet density: 1.5 kg/m²/20 mm thick
- Coverage: 6.8 l/40 kg
- Water demand: > 15 N/mm² after 28 days
- Compressive Strength: DIN 18560
PREPARATION
- Clean the floor surface from dust, dirt, and other material which may effect the bonding strength.
- 40 kg Screed PM-600 needs 6.8 l water.
- Gradually put PM-600 into the pail containing clean tap water and mixing thoroughly until an even consistency is ahieved for around 2 minutes.
- Thorough mixing is important for all premixed products.
- Machine mixing is highly recommended.
APPLICATION
Apply and spread directly on to floor using a notched tilling trowel. It is not recommended as a topping material.
STORAGE AND PACKAGING
Always store in dry place away from contact with moisture and water. Screed PM-600 storage times should not exceed 6 month.
