PM-600 + – Premium Screed
USES
Premium Screed PM-600 is a blended mortar performed to filling gap of floor panel, levelling floor surface, and strengthening surface as topping material.

SPECIFICATION AND PROPERTIES
- Type: Powder
- Colour: Light Grey
- Binder: Portland Cement
- Aggregate: Silica Sand up to 5.0 mm of diameter
- Dry density: 1.8 kg/l
- Wet density: 1.9 kg/l
- Water demand: 6.5 – 7.0 liter per 40 kg bag.
- Open time: 10 – 15 minutes ( on even weather )
- Adhesion Strength ( Pull off ): > 0.6 N/mm² after 28 days
- Compressive Strength: > 20 N/mm² after 28 days
- Flexural strength: > 5 N/mm² after 28 days
- Thickness of application: +/- 20 mm
- Coverage Area: +/- 1.5 m²/40 kg/20mm ( on even surfaces )
PREPARATION
- Substrate must be free of dust, oil, rust and other foreign materials.
- Pour gradually PM-600 into a container containing clean water ( 6 – 6.5 liter of water for 40 kg PM-600. Then mixing until they are completely blended. It is recommended to use hand mixer.
APPLICATION
- Spread out PM-600 on already cleaned and moistened surface.
- Ensure all gap is fulfilled well using trowel or vibrator.
- Make the surface even using flat trowel.
STORAGE AND PACKAGING
Always store in dry place away from contact with moisture and water. Premium Screed PM-600 storage times should not exceed 12 month.
