PM-500 – Tile Grout, 26 Colours

USES
To fill nat of ceramics, granite or marmer in wall or floor either for interior or exterior.

ADVANTAGES

  • To add ceramics adhesive
  • Filling colour of nat is not faded
  • High adhesive strength and abrasion resistance so it is very suitable either inside or outside the room

TECHNICAL DATA
Is available for 2 kinds:

  • Without sand (W), for space width of 2-5 mm
  • With sand (S), for space width of 3-10 mm

Additional Materials      : Soluble materials in water, it make the application easier and fix the adhesive strength
Water needed                : ± 360 ml/kg

PREPARATION

  • Space between ceramics should have same size in dry or wet condition (from impurities)
  • The filling of space can be done 24 hours after the setting of ceramics
  • Put every 1 kg of PM-500 inside 0,36 of clean water in a clean place
  • Mix until flat until it is form paste. Live it for 5-10 minutes. Mix it again before it is being used
  • Mix the solution periodically, but do not give additional water, powder of PM-420 or other materials.

  • Fill the space to the ceramics with PM-500 which is formed as paste using rubber brush and with the diagonal or crime movement
  • Make it order, lavelling right after those spaces fill with using rubber which is wet it already by water.
  • Clean the surface or the tile/ceramics using dry cloth.

STORAGE
Always store in dry place away from content with moisture and water. Storage time should not exceed 12 months.

Multi layers bag content of 25 kg and Plastic bag content of 1 kg.
