PM-410 – Exterior&Wet Interior Tile Adhesive
USAGE
Tile Adhesive Exterior and Wet Interior is recommended for adhering ceramic tiles and homogeneous tile on floor and wall surfaces.

Coverage :
- Using notched trowel 4 mm x 4 mm, each 25 kg bag covers approximately 8 sqm.
- Using notched trowel 10 mm x 10 mm, each 25 kg bag covers approximately 6 sqm.
APPLICATION
- Clean the surface from dust, dirt, and other material which may effect the bonding strength.
- The condition of the surface should be even. The plastered surfaces would be ready for application at least 7 days of age, concrete surfaces at least 4 weeks.
- Use a clean and leakproof pail for mixing.
- Gradually put PM-410 into the pail containing clean tap water and mixing thoroughly until an even consistency is achieved for around 2 minutes, allow to be settled for 10 minutes. Re-stir before using.
- Re-stir the pasta regularly, but do not add more water or PM-410.
- Machine mixer is highly recommended.
- Spread only 1 sqm at a time to ensure that the adhesive does not dry before laying tiles.
- Do not soak tiles.
- The expansion joints should be placed at 5 meter-intervals, at junction between different background materials and at vertical corners.
- The condition of expansion joints must be clean.
- Ideally width of expansion joint is 6-10mm.
- The expansion joint must be filled with a flexible sealent, such as silicone sealent.
STORAGE
Always store in dry place away from contact with moisture and water.
Tile Adhesive Exterior & Wet Interior PM-410 storage times should not exceed 6 months.
PACKAGING
Multi layer paper bag containing 25 kg and 40 kg. Also available in polyethylene bag containing 5 kg.
