PM-210 – Brick Layer and Plaster Mortar
USES
Brick Layer and Plaster Mortar PM-210 is mortar for laying brick and plastering brick surface at internal and external wall. Brick Layer and Plaster Mortar can be applied using sprayer-gun for plaster-works.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PROPERTIES
- Colour: Light Grey
- Binder: Portland Cement
- Aggregate: Silica Sand up to 3.0 mm maximum size water soluble additives to improves workability, durability, and bonding.
- Dry Density: 1,6 kg/litre
- Wet Density: 1,8 kg/litre
- Water Demand: 7,5 litre/40 kg
- Compressive Strength: > 7 N/mm²
PREPARATION
- Clean surface to ensure it is free of dust, oil and loose partiles.
- Machine mixing is highly recommended.
- Gradually add brick mortar into a container containing clean tap water and mixing thoroughly until an even consistency is achieved for around 3 minutes.
- Thorough mixing is important for all premixed products.
APPLICATION
Avoid application in hot and windy conditions, as the mixture will dry too quickly. It is recommended the maximum thickness is 15 mm. Allow for sufficient curing time before application of subsequent plastering or finishing coat.
STORAGE
Always store in dry place away from contact with moisture and water.
PACKAGING
Supplied in 40 kg multi layer paper bag including with inner polyethylene liner.
Brick Layer & Plaster Mortar PM-210 storage time should not exceed 12 months.
