USES
Premium Plaster PM-200 is very practical plaster for internal wall surface. The surface of premium plaster can be painted directly without fine coat layer.

  • Aggregate: Silica Sand up to 0.6 mm maximum size
  • Filler: Lime Powder
  • Additives: Water soluble additives to improve workability, durability and bonding.
  • Water Retention: > 95 % (BS 4551 : 1980)
  • Open Time: 10 – 15 minutes
  • Dry density: 1.7 kg/l
  • Wet density: 1.8 kg/l
  • Coverage Area: +/- 5.0 m²/40 kg/5 mm
  • Compressive Strength: > 15 N/mm² after 28 days
  • Flexural strength: > 5 N/mm² after 28 days
  • Thickness for application: 10 – 15 mm

PREPARATION

  • Clean the wall surface from dust, dirt, and other material which may effect the bonding effectiveness.
  • Machine mixing is highly recommended.
  • Gradually add ready-mix plaster into a container containing clean tap water and mixing thoroughly until an even consistency is achieved for around 4 minutes.
  • Thorough mixing is important for all premixed products

  • Do not apply in hot and windy conditions, as the mixture will be dry too quickly.
  • Recommended bed thickness is 10 - 15 mm.
  • Render should be applied minimum 24 hour after block laying using PM-100, to give  the adhesive mortar an adequate setting time.

STORAGE
Always store in dry place away from contact with moisture and water.

PACKAGING
Multi layer with inner polyethylene liner 40 kg paper bag.
Premium Plaster PM-200 storage time should not exceed 12 months.
